Andrea Hurtado Quiñones.
Doctoral Candidate in Gender Studies, University of Buenos Aires. Master’s in Social and Political Anthropology from FLACSO–Buenos Aires, Sociologist. Professional with more than 15 years of specialized experience in the design, management, and institutionalization of gender equality and diversity policies in higher education. She has a consolidated track record in the strategic leadership of gender units, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and implementation of mainstreaming plans across national university networks. Currently, she teaches at the Postgraduate Programs Directorate of the Faculty of Medical Sciences at USACH and coordinates a gender mainstreaming project in the 18 State Universities (2025–2027).
Sofía Schuster Ubilla.
Doctoral Candidate in Gender Studies, University of Buenos Aires. Master’s in International Studies; Public Administrator and Bachelor in Political and Governmental Sciences from the University of Chile, with extensive experience working with public sector leadership and teams. She has more than 15 years of experience in advisory roles, consultancies, and public relevance studies. Hallmarks of her work include the methodological design of training and participatory processes with a focus on rights, gender, territoriality, and interculturality. Currently, she develops her teaching career at the Faculty of Government of the University of Chile.

Tomás Marín Troncoso
Sociologist and Master in Public Management. Specialist in Public Policies and Social Security, with more than seven years of experience in the State. He has actively participated in the design and implementation of the Pension Reform 2025 and in citizen participation strategies, combining experience in management, qualitative research and teaching in public, private and civil society areas.
Pamela Barra Guerrero.
Environmental professional, Chemist and Master in Environment, with more than 20 years of experience in environmental evaluation and project management, in both public and private sectors. She has complementary training in environmental evaluation, climate risk management and geographic information systems (GIS).
Valentina Cariaga Cerda.
Public Administrator and Master in Political Science from the University of Chile, currently PhD candidate in Social Sciences at Diego Portales University. She has experience in university teaching, research, and professional work in consultancies and projects related to public policies, especially climate change and sustainability. Her work focuses on climate governance and building state capacities at the subnational level.
Carolina Guerrero Valencia.
PhD in Political Science, University of Hamburg, Germany. Public Administrator, University of Chile. Currently professor at the Faculty of Government, University of Chile. Her work includes State, public policies, communication, leadership, citizen participation, gender, among others.
Oscar Vergara.
Lawyer. Master in Public and Regulatory Law with mention in Public Law. He has wide experience in Administrative Law, both in professional practice in public administration and as professor in different institutions. He also has experience giving trainings and lectures for teams in legal matters.
Josephine Schulin-Zeuthen Figueroa.
Psychologist. Master in Art Therapy, with more than 10 years of work in the public health sector, specialized in mindfulness. She works at Sótero del Río Hospital and also has private practice. With experience in training and workshops, her topics include self-care, stress management, emotions, mindfulness and effective communication.
María Margarita Barría Iroumé
University Nurse and Master in Public Health with mention in Epidemiology. With more than 40 years dedicated to public health, community management and complementary therapies. She has led national programs in the Ministry of Health and JUNAEB. Since 2006 she directs the Fundación Granja Educativa Terapéutica Caracol, promoting inclusion projects through therapeutic horseback riding and gardening. Her international experience includes collaborations with the University of Bordeaux and PAHO, plus technical publications to strengthen family and community health in Chile.
Marcela Acevedo Menanteau
Social Worker and Bachelor in Social Work from the University of Arts and Social Sciences, with more than 20 years of experience in social management and public policies. She has worked in the Ministry of Social Development and Family, in the Emergency Social Information Unit and in the Supervision Department, leading trainings, agreements and field supervision. Her career includes housing projects, family mediation and forensic social expertise, plus training in risk management and public policies. She is recognized for her coordination skills, commitment to vulnerable communities and contribution to inclusion processes.
Carolina Rebolledo
Social Worker from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with 25 years of experience in the public sector in areas of welfare, people management and quality of work life. She has held leadership positions in institutions such as the Ministry of National Assets, INDAP, INE, University of Santiago, Caja de Previsión de la Defensa Nacional, Hospital Eloísa Díaz and currently in the Ministry of Justice, as Head of the Welfare Service. Her career includes budget management, team coordination and development of work-life balance policies.
Valentina Fuentes Durán
Actress and voice teacher, trained at the University of Playa Ancha and with a Master in Artistic Voice and Speech at the Complutense University of Madrid. She has a wide career in vocal research and stage creation, specialized in psychophony, prenatal singing and vocal pedagogy, participating in projects in Chile and abroad. She has taught at universities and managed Fondart projects related to voice, maternity and artistic training. Her work integrates art, pedagogy and health, innovating in the use of voice as a tool for expression and well-being.
Fernanda Palacios
Sociologist with more than 17 years of experience in gender, citizen participation and territorial development. Currently Gender Coordinator at the Energy Sustainability Agency and Executive Director of TRAMAR Consultoras, where she promotes feminist and community projects. She has led training processes such as the Schools of Community Monitors for Territories Free of Gender Violence, plus consultancies and teaching in participatory methodologies.
Paulina Delgado
State Teacher in Philosophy from the University of Santiago de Chile and Master in Educational Management and Direction from Alberto Hurtado University. With more than ten years of experience, she has worked in school and university teaching, design of training programs and development of inclusive methodologies. Her career combines teaching in schools and universities with participation in projects
Alison Morales.
Health professional, Occupational Therapist and Master in Public Policies and Territorial Management, with more than sixteen years of experience in the public sector. She has worked in the management and execution of social projects, and in advising at macro, meso and micro levels, also in international organizations. Her experience includes aging, social inclusion of people with disabilities, human rights, intersectoral work, gender, migration, indigenous peoples, health systems and primary health care.
Daniela Alburquerque González
Occupational Therapist, Master in Occupational Therapy, with 28 years of experience. Associate Professor at the Public Health Center of the University of Santiago de Chile (USACH). She has advised State agencies on public policies about disability and inclusion, and is co-founder of the Corporación Centro de Trastornos del Movimiento (CETRAM). She is also a doula, end-of-life companion, and co-founder of the Chilean Death Network.
Valeria Torres Godoy.
Public Administrator, University of Chile. Specialized in financial issues. Certified in Digital Transformation at MIT. With more than 20 years of experience in the Public Sector, working in innovation and organizational development projects through tools like strategic planning, project management and performance control. She has experience in implementing Integrity Systems and Codes of Ethics in public and municipal sectors. In the last 10 years she worked in Cabinet roles, advising and participating in high-level decision making.
Carla Gaete Verdugo.
Actress, Bachelor in Performing Arts, Theater and Voice Teacher from ARCIS University. Specialized internationally in Roy Hart (France) and certified as Vocal Coach. She has a recognized acting career in different theater companies and teaches at university level in Santiago and regions. Her areas of work include effective communication, public speaking, teamwork, and presentation skills.
Catalina Osorio Cerón.
Actress from the University of Chile. Master in Art, Thought and Latin American Culture, specialized in voice and acting at Centre Artistique Roy Hart, France. Her work includes effective communication, public speaking, teamwork and presentation skills. She currently teaches at the Catholic University of Valparaíso, UNIACC, among others.
Karin Carrasco.
Clinical Psychologist and Master in Art Therapy, with 15 years of experience as psychotherapist in the Public Sector (Primary Health Care) and private practice. She also teaches and has experience giving workshops on family, parenting, violence and work-life balance. Currently part of the Chilca team.
José Miguel Silva
Architect from the University of Los Lagos, with more than nine years of experience in design, regularization and project management. Independent professional at JMS Arquitecto, developing housing, commercial spaces, industrial buildings and land subdivision, plus advising on universal accessibility and regulations. He has collaborated with municipalities in housing and urban improvement programs, combining technical and social approaches to improve community living conditions.
Ximena Correa Rios
University professor with more than 30 years of experience in communication, arts and social sciences. Bachelor in Arts and Master in Gender and Culture Studies. She has taught at Diego Portales University, UNIACC and other institutions, covering mass, interpersonal and intercultural communication. Her teaching focuses on collaborative and respectful methodologies, with attention to gender, ethnicity and poverty.
Juana Espindola
Special Education Teacher and Master in Education, with more than 30 years of experience teaching and supporting children with special educational needs, especially autism spectrum. She has held leadership roles, promoting inclusive methodologies and adapted programs. Her profile shows strong commitment to special education, innovation in learning strategies and building educational spaces for integration and development.
Lorena Etcheberry Rojas
Sociologist, Master in Social Sciences and PhD in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. With 15 years of experience, she has worked in research, teaching and consulting on gender, public policies, citizen participation and health. She has collaborated with the Ministry of Health, SERNAM, universities and international organizations. Author of the book Weaving Life and Death (2024), she stands out for her academic contribution and commitment to gender mainstreaming in public policies.
Florencia Gil
Child and youth Speech Therapist, graduated with maximum distinction from the Autonomous University of Chile, specialized in neurodivergence and autism. Experienced in evaluation, diagnosis and intervention in ASD, language disorders and speech difficulties, working with evidence-based models and interdisciplinary teams. She works at the Institute of Neurodevelopment and Wellbeing (INDeB) and at Centro CIND, coordinating clinical cases, social skills workshops and training programs. Certified in PEERS®, Jasper 1-A, ImPACT, ADOS-2 and ADI-R, plus diplomas in neuroscience and education. Her profile combines clinical rigor, empathy and innovation in supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents.
